Introduction

Welcome to GPS Tracker, developed by Wooiko. Our goal is to ensure the safety and privacy of our users.

1. General Provisions:

1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and manage the personal information you provide to us or that we collect in connection with the use of the "GPS Tracker" mobile app, as well as your choices and rights regarding the collection and use of personal information.

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users who use the App ("Users" or "You"). Some of our features are designed for children. This privacy policy contains a section on child privacy. However, some other sections of this privacy policy equally apply to personal information of children and adults. Whenever this is the case, we clearly state it.

1.3 This Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Use posted at "www.wooiko.com/terms-of-use-gps" ("Terms of Use"), which you or, if you have not reached the required age, one of your parents or legal guardians on your behalf, must read and accept. The Terms of Use explain your rights and obligations as a User when you use the App.

1.4 Whenever we talk about a child, we mean a child under 13 years of age for users from the US and a child under 16 years of age for users from the EU.

1.5 Before accessing or using our App, ensure that you have read and understood how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect and Receive:

2.1 To provide our services, we may collect or receive data, which may include personal information voluntarily provided during the registration process, subscription to services, posting materials, or information collected automatically while providing services.

2.2 We collect the following types of information about You and Your child:

Personal Information:

- Name. This nickname is publicly displayed in the groups you create or participate in.

- Avatar. The company stores photographs on its FireBase server.

Communication Data:

When you communicate with us or submit a report about problems with the App, post any content or messages, or provide any other information within the App, we may process all this information. These data may include:

- data you post in the App;

- data sent through the App;

- data you provide through our support channels.

Data Collected During Use of the Services:

- general location data, including your country, region, city (including data about your exact location);

- the language set on your device;

- data about the use of the App;

- payment data when you purchase any Subscription from us, including information necessary for processing your orders with the respective payment provider, which may include the amount of any transaction but WILL NOT INCLUDE your name, financial information, or cardholder data, which are sent directly to the payment service provider using secure protocols. You can find additional information in the current data protection instructions of the respective payment providers. When you make purchases through the mobile app, we do not collect or have access to your name and payment information. This information is collected and stored by the Apple Store or your platform's payment processor.

- Geo-location (exact geo-location): we collect and use a unique user ID and location of the mobile device on which the App is installed using GPS, WiFi to obtain the location of the mobile device to provide our Services. We store geolocation data only as long as it is reasonably necessary for the provision of the Service, after which we delete the geolocation data associated with your profile. The company may store geolocation data for a longer period of time only for the purpose of analyzing aggregate trends and indicators (improving our App). During the setup of the program, we will ask you whether you want to enable geo-location tracking. Later, you can change your choice in the device settings.

- Access to device usage statistics: battery level of the device.

- Fitness data or activity recognition data: this information may be displayed in the App.

- Data about the clicks and swipes users make while interacting with the app interface.

We may use third-party analytics software so that we can better understand the functionality of our software on your device, including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Firebase, HealthKit (together "Third-Party Analytics Providers"). This software may record information about how often you use the App, aggregate usage data, performance, and where our Software was downloaded. We do not link the information we store in the analytics software with any personal data you provide within the App.

3. Personal Data of Children:

3.1 Children - users who are residents of the US

3.1.1 The company takes special measures to protect the privacy of children. The company knowingly does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without confirmed consent from parents or legal guardians.

3.1.2. If the company inadvertently collects a child's personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to promptly delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 has registered an account with our Service without your consent, please immediately notify us by email so we can remove your child's personal information from our systems and deactivate any account your child has created with us.

3.2. All child users not residing in the USA

3.2.1. Information sharing. The company may share or disclose a child's personal information to our third-party service providers and business partners as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we do not use or provide personal information collected from children's accounts under 13 years for marketing or advertising purposes, nor do we allow our third-party partners to collect and use such information for advertising purposes.

3.2.2. Sharing information with other users. Information about a child's profile and geolocation, usage statistics, data or activity recognition data will be provided to parents.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, exchange, or rent personal identification information to third parties. However, we may provide aggregated and non-personal information to our partners, affiliates, and advertisers for analytical purposes.

4.1 We may disclose personal information under the following circumstances:

- With your consent: we may share information if you give us explicit permission.

- Legal requirements: we may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

5. How We Protect Your Data

5.1. The company takes preventive measures, including legal, organizational, administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal data of Users, including child Users, from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties.

6. Data Retention

6.1. We do not store personal data that can be used to identify the User beyond the period necessary for fulfilling the function for which the information was collected. We keep your personal data as long as your user account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. This also applies to data of child users.

Note that if you ask us to delete your personal data, we may retain your information if necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

7.1. We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. We will post any changes to the Privacy Policy on this page. We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you use the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
